Centum Charitas Foundation has become one of the strategic partners of the “Strive and Rise Programme” since 2023. In the past three years, more than 400 mentors have been recruited to participate in the programme. The association firmly believes that helping mentors increase their understanding of young people and understand how to communicate with them more can let mentors to play their roles effectively. In view of this, we has joined hands with Education for Good and RexReaction to organize “Centum M2PT Mentor Workshop”, through three class of workshops, allows mentors to have a deeper understanding of the psychological development of teenagers, and by mastering methods suitable for communicating with teenagers, mentors can become M2PT (Model, Mentor, Partner & Team) trusted by students, and drive students to achieve the goals of the program with more confidence.
The first workshop was successfully held in Tung Wah Group Tung Po on the afternoon of last weekend (March 15). More than 60 mentors and staffs attended. The workshop was hosted by Mr. Rex Wu (Founder of RexReaction). The vivid presentation and group sharing made the mentors very fruitful. They all looked forward to interacting with the programme mentees and highly recommended the workshop to other mentors.
Another workshop will be held on April 12, and the remaining classes will be completed in May, June, July and August.
