The Foundation, in collaboration with Education for Good and Rex ReAction, organised the “ Centum M2PT Mentor Workshop”. Through three workshops, mentors gained a deeper understanding of adolescent psychological development and, by mastering appropriate communication methods with adolescents, became trusted M2PTs (Model, Mentor, Partner & Team) for the participants, motivating them to achieve the goals of the programme with greater confidence.

The second workshop of the third session was successfully held on the afternoon of August 23rd at Tung Po. Over twenty mentors attended the workshop, which was moderated by Rex Wu, founder of Rex ReAction. During the workshop, mentors shared their experiences working with participants for six months since the program began. They praised the communication skills they learned through M2PT for enhancing their relationships with the participants. The atmosphere was lively. Parents of participants also attended the workshop, and they agreed that the training provided valuable insights for future communication with their children. Finally, Dr. Tse Ka-kui, founder of Education for Good, presented each mentor with a copy of his book. Certificates were also presented to mentors who completed the first three sessions.
