The Foundation, in collaboration with Education for Good and Rex ReAction, organized the “Centum M2PT Mentor Workshop”. The mentors gained with a deeper understanding of adolescent psychological development. By mastering appropriate communication methods with adolescents, they can empower participants to achieve program goals with greater confidence. Following three theoretical sessions, the fourth and fifth practical mastering sessions commenced. The first class was successfully held on the afternoon of September 20th at Tung Po, with over ten mentors in attendance. The workshop, chaired by Rex Wu, covered the “SCORE” (Situation, Cause, Outcome, Resources & Effect) communication method, ideal steps, and how to adapt flexibly to specific situations. This workshop allowed mentors to practice communicating with participants, integrating theory and practice. A real-life case study will be shared in the next class.
