“Centum M2PT Mentor Workshop” Lesson 5 was successfully held on the afternoon of November 8th, at Tung Wah Group of Hospitals ‘Tung Po.The topic focused on explaining the model “SCORE” and sharing practical communication techniques and tips for effective interaction with mentees .
Over 20 mentors attended the session.Under the leadership of Rex ReAction founder Mr. Rex Wu, the facilitators engaged in an in-depth discussion on whether the “Quick Fix culture” effectively helps in understanding adolescents. They also reinforced their use of the “SCORE” technique and reflected on how “speed” influences connections between people.
Mr. Rex Wu also introduced the “6W Method”, guiding mentors to better understand their mentees’ needs, help them release negative emotions, and rediscover their personal direction .
The mentorship program, which began in March, has been successfully completed, and graduation certificates were awarded! ! Every mentor gained valuable insights and inspiration.They are looking forward to applying what they have learned in real-life mentoring and continuing to grow alongside their mentees !!
